Jessica brought her adorable kids, Sullivan and Coleman over last weekend. Angelique (my girlfriend and professional wardrobe stylist), and I put together a few shoots that we had in mind. So we spent the day before planning it out and finding a toy car to put them in (we don’t have kids…just Tank, our dog, so it wasn’t readily available). Luckily our good friend Marilyn gave us one that we could use. We bought a full Christmas tree and told the person to chop off 80% off of it. Needless to say, he was a little confused. But it made sense in our heads, so that’s what counted.
When they came over, Coleman runs in the house and says “that’s my sister Sullivan!” With that kind of animated personality, we knew it was going to be a good shoot. While we prepped the scene, Coleman and Sullivan played together outside in the backyard. We brought Tank out to play with them as well. It was his first time around kids, and they loved him! Coleman kept calling him “Tanky boy!”. After we shot outside for a bit, we went back inside and used our Christmas tree (the one we didn’t chop off) as our backdrop for Sullivan’s “Frosty The Snowman” themed shoot. We really had such a great time with them. Thank you so much, Jessica, for coming over and bringing your awesome kids! You guys are welcomed to come by any time!
